Non-SBA Lenders $2.5M Range

Looking for non-SBA lenders in the $2.5M range, $700k EBITDA. The issue I am having with SBA lending is the 2nd lien requirements on all my investment properties. I am ok with the personal guarantee.. but my understanding is that SBA would require a fresh appraisal on each property and title updated to record a 2nd position lien. If I were to sell an investment property, I would be required to pay the net proceeds to SBA or the proceeds would be held in escrow until I purchased another property where SBA would record a new lien on that one. The appraisals and lien recording would be quite cumbersome and add a ton of cost to getting the loan closed. As well as severely limit and future real estate investing. Looking to see what options are out there besides SBA
