Non-SBA Lender Request

Hi there — I’m exploring lending options for a deal currently under IOI. Purchase price is $3M, and I’d like to raise $4M total to fund the balance sheet. Adjusted EBITDA is $1.7M. I’m considering a resale in 12–18 months, so SBA financing doesn’t feel like the right fit. Ideally looking for non-SBA options.
