Hi there, I acquired 81% in a play equipment provider (e-commerce + wholesale) with c.$500k in SDE in JanuaryredactedWe grew 10%+ in 2025 and are on track to grow 20%+ inredactedMy company is also the largest re-seller of products for a European peer, and we are contemplating buying out the 19% minority shareholder and merging the two businesses, i.e. my business and my peer's US business, to form a c.$1.2mm SDE business. However, since I'm only a Green Card holder and the counterparty is non-US, (re)financing with SBA is not an option. It also seems most SBICs and other bank lenders only look at $3mm+ EBITDA businesses. Does anybody have any ideas or recommendations on other parties that might be interested to finance this?
