I am searching for recommendations on non SBA alternatives for a $3.5 million acquisition on a small biz doing $1.5 million EBIDTA? Open to all options. Under LOI and ready for funds in a timely manner.

If you are looking for non-SBA and also non-bank, I know a few alternative lenders that do deals of this sort. They can provide highly flexible terms and move very quickly, the cost of capital is in the teens. Feel free to email me at redacted if you'd like to discuss.
