Non SBA Acquisition Lending Referrals

I have 20+ years' experience in the HVAC Industry. For last 18months I have been owner / operator of 2 locations and closing on #3. I am about to max out my SBA cap and looking for additional acquisition funding sources that are non-SBA. Deals are typically $1M-$5M range but could be as high as $10M. Current locations and future targets are Residential with no new construction in Midwest USA.
