Non-Profit Incubator/PE Firm Grants

Hi friends. I am attempting to start a nonprofit that acquires businesses for the purpose of training and educating at-risk youth and adults. This would happen by employing them, taking the through all aspects of buying, operating, and selling a business. The goal is to have the cash flow generate more acquisitions and eventually fund investment in ETA for the employees as well as in homeless shelters, etc. I am wondering if anyone has any idea or thoughts on grants or any other type of funding.
