Out of curiosity, do all searchers feel confident in digging into financials and doing the financial modeling?

During the search phase, you can usually get an intern to do a lot of it.

But what about post-acquisition?

What are searchers doing to understand their financial scorecard and a monthly basis?

Or reporting to BOD's?

Great topic Michael, I'm personally using a mix of interns and CAs to advise me with financial deep dives during my search. Figured would use the in-house financial resource (depending on target acquired) to provide support post-acquisition?
