Thanks Luke. James, I would suggest Gearty & McIntyre LLP. I was connecting with John P McIntyre prior to my first acquisition, but ended up working with a different and smaller CPA for just the Purchase Price Allocation. However, as I expand, I am looking to work with John's company; it was extremely clear the profound level of expertise that he holds. Hope this helps!
