Looking for a buyer.
I have been asked by this Manufacturer to explore exit options through the Public Market / SPAC / Etc. They have a current offer from a PE group for 5x EBITDA, but given their defensible niche and product, I believe that this is a low offer and I am trying to help their ownership find a better exit. I have extensive knowledge and contacts within this niche market, but I do not know much about the Public options and we are looking for someone with this expertise (or a PE group willing to explore a better offer). Due to the niche nature of the business, I am keeping the location and industry confidential until further discussions. The end customers are both industrial and government. Company has an embedded R&D program that generates revenue and exciting future opportunities. Please direct message me your interest and contact information. Perhaps this is too low to list publicly effectively, but I know plenty of negative EBITDA companies that are listed (that are not achieving growth targets). In fact, there is a potential synergy with a NASDAQ listing entity (market cap $60M) that I could facilitate discussions with. Please feel free to post below any comments about your view on SPAC / Listing / PE, and any resources on this approach. Thank you!
