NICHE Home Care in PA EVERGREEN High Barrier Entry

Seeking capital.

Seeking someone to bring 350k for a 15% stake in a Home Care that is evergreen, insulated from MCOs, high barrier to entry, and has great margins. It is Medicaid based model with unique waiver program that is niche and underserved but fairly easy or comparable to traditional senior care in terms of finding staff. Meaning you can find great staff for a low wage and the reimbursement rate is quite high for each program. Seeking someone to help me get over the hump, we can work together on future deals, I would like to be an operator for more deals. Time is of essence, broker is giving me inside track, I have tons of deals in this manor, because people know me in the State and I am well known w/ brokers in the healthcare space.
