I have been researching these search funds and I am very curious on how to form one. Is it better to form a llc, LLP or corporation before starting any other steps. Any one that has any recommendation for any vendors or partners feel free to send them. I am eager to learn.

Make sure to consult your own attorney, but most traditional/funded searchers end up with a Delaware LLC and most self-funded searchers have a local state LLC as the entity that forms the "search vehicle". Best of luck!
