New York attorney w/ franchise experience who can help with structuring

Hi all,

I am looking for a New York attorney w/ franchise experience who can also help with structuring. I have gone through prior posts and I am not seeing any NY attorneys. So I need to repost a prior ask, apologies.

To explain my ask: plenty of attorneys have a lot of experience reviewing FDDs. Others are helpful in structuring a deal (equity/debt docs, etc). Ideally I'll have one attorney for my entire deal. Thats what I'm looking for.
