New Utah-Based ETA Searcher - Looking for Referrals and Advice

Hey guys, I’m new here and starting the search process. My background is in management, software/IT, construction, and consulting. I’m mainly looking at B2B service businesses in the ~$500k–$1M EBITDA/SDE range, generally up to ~$4M asking, in Utah and surrounding states. Areas I’ve been looking at include property management, inspection/testing, maintenance/repair, specialty contracting, and commercial services, although I am still open to other ideas. I would especially appreciate recommendations or advice on: 1. Reputable SBA-friendly CPA/QoE firms 2. Attorneys that work regularly on SMB acquisitions 3. Good ways to source off-market or lightly marketed deals Already had a few great conversations through DMs and the advice has been incredibly helpful. Looking forward to learning from the group and hopefully someday being able to contribute meaningfully myself.
