Hello everyone!

I am brand new to this community and wanted to introduce myself. I am new to business acquisition, in practice, but I have been studying a lot on the subject matter.

A little background about me: I graduated in December 2022 from Emory University with my Masters in Healthcare Management. I am currently a healthcare executive for a virtual health, telemedicine SaaS company. We offer a D2C model, healthcare delivery for medium to large corporations, and we recently secured a contract to be the SaaS platform for the largest EMS company in the world. My professional background is in business operations, development, and strategy. I love anything that has to do with building and growing businesses to reach the very pinnacle of their potential.

That being said, I am looking to make my first acquisition in the healthcare space. My plan is to leverage my current company, implement their services into a practice that need an increase in patient flow/efficiency and/or diversity their service offerings, grow their overall revenue, then exit. I have done research in different financing solutions like SBA and commercial lending but have not find someone who recognizes my vision and potential in this model.

I would love any recommendations from this community on how to locate investors, different lending options, creative seller financing, or just general knowledge.

Happy to connect with everyone and I am wishing success for everyone!

Also, just for fun, some random fun facts about me:
- I am classically trained clarinetist and have performed with a Grammy-winning orchestra
- I love Indian food (a lot)
- I have been skydiving 3 times
- I have never had or tried Coca-Cola
