New to Searchfunder — Looking to Join a Search Fund Operation

Hi Searchfunder community 👋 I’m Aadi — a Business Analyst based in Melbourne, Australia, with a background in supply chain analytics and FMCG operations. I’ve spent the past few years working with major retailers and suppliers (think Woolworths, Coles, Bega, Barilla) — building reporting pipelines, automating workflows, and turning messy data into decisions that actually move the needle. I’m at a career transition point and genuinely curious about the search fund world. The idea of joining a small, acquired business and helping an operator grow it from the inside — that’s the kind of work that excites me. What I bring to the table: • Operations & analytics (Power BI, Tableau, Excel/VBA) • Supply chain domain knowledge across FMCG • A bias toward building systems that scale I’d love to connect with searchers or operators who might need someone to roll up their sleeves on the analytical and operational side.
