New to ETA - based in Dallas! Any fellow SMU grads?

Hi everyone! I am new to the ETA space and looking to connect with other searchers, mentors and advisors who have experience in the following areas:
- laundromats
- RV parks
- mobile home parks
- storage facilities

I am working on crafting my investment thesis and exploring capital resources.

Full-time I am a marketing strategist and consultant and recently had some exposure to helping searchers set up their websites and other marketing collateral.
