New Stimulus Bill

At the suggestion of a contact on the forum I submitted a (admittedly dated) synopsis of the recent stimulus. I didn't see a comprehensive breakdown that covered all the small business details so I figured this could be useful to some who still might have questions. This was from late December so there have been some changes but I figured this could help those who have asked questions but maybe didn't get an answer.
