Greetings Searchfunder community!

Will Smith here (not the actor, of course). I run a self-funded investment firm focused on acquisitions where original ownership is looking to transition or retire. In addition to a passion for acquiring companies (What can I say? I enjoy the process.), I have a particular set of skills that facilitate organizational, operational and/or system/technology improvements which then drive top and bottom-line growth. My investment partner and I have executed two successful transactions over the past five years- both self-funded. Like most, we are always looking for new acquisition opportunities. That said, I look forward to connecting with other searchers in the community to share experiences. I’d really like to connect with anyone regarding search funds as a route to future acquisitions. Marketed a portfolio of innovative medical devices for use in minimally invasive surgical procedures; Managed a $5.7 Million account portfolio; increased territory sales over $300K year over year; National Sales Award/Region of the Year winner. • Naval Officer (Submarine Warfare)/Nuclear Power Engineer, U.S. Navy.
