Happy almost new year! Searchers, what are your best 2-3 metrics for monitoring the search process, particularly a region-focused search? I have a number of meetings per week and referral goals in mind, but interested if current or past searchers have any other good suggestions for tracking.

Click-through rate (CTR): Track the percentage of people who click on your search results or outreach efforts. This shows initial interest and can point to areas where your messaging or targeting needs refinement. Lead conversion rate: Monitor how many leads generated through your search process convert into meetings or desired referrals. This measures the effectiveness of your outreach and qualification techniques. Meeting attendance: Track the percentage of scheduled meetings that people actually attend. This helps gauge genuine interest and potential for further engagement.

Seller meetings per week is your most important KPI in my mind. Aim for 2 or more per week. I also think searchers overanlyze CIMs too much....go for a seller call if it looks at all interesting. You learn so much on a short call and your gut tells you a lot.
