Thanks ^redacted‌ for the recommendation - it was a great interview, and I had not yet learned about Podium's capabilities in the customer service realm (although glad to see it integrates with Service Titan). The latter-half discussion on removing business bottleneck's reminded me of Goldratt's "The Goal," which always is a welcomed reminder towards process optimization. Appreciate the nudge!
