At Crowne Atlantic Business Brokers, we have a one-page summary which is what Searchfunder lists in their "teaser" area. Other Buyers, Sellers, and Intermediaries have mentioned to me they also don't like that name for the one-page summary. Recently, there has been a change of the "master bedroom" to the "primary bedroom", I’m asking in the forum for others to offer suggestions to rename this item? I think we can find something better than "teaser". Please list possible names and let’s see if we can get Searchfunder to rename this important item. ^redacted‌ ^redacted‌ ^redacted‌ ^redacted‌^redacted‌ ^redacted

I'm not one to generally have a problem with traditional terms, but agree, "Teaser" isn't a helpful title. With business, no one wants to be teased into a business deal, and from a marketing perspective, and a buyer's perspective, this implies game playing. I started using "Snapshot" but also like "Executive Summary".

My IB would formally call the teaser an "Executive Summary", and I have seen other firms/brokers do it. I believe we used the terms almost interchangeably.

A bit more formal but I don't think too stuffy if you are looking to move off of the word "teaser".
