I am new to the platform and wanted to introduce myself. I started a career as a bank lender, spent 20 years helping companies structure acquisition and growth financing, started and sold a location services to Verizon, and started a loan management system for #sellerfinancing and #intrafamily loans. We manage a lot of #sellerfinacing for Real Estate transactions and for the sale or acquisition of businesses. I have a lot of lending specific experience and am an active investor.
