Hi everyone — long-time listener, first-time caller... I’m new to Searchfunder and excited to be part of the community! I’m pursuing a self-funded search to acquire and operate a single, lower-middle-market B2B services business. I bring 10+ years of operating and program leadership experience, most recently as Head of Program Management at a large tech company -- I’m motivated by the opportunity to move into long-term ownership and hands-on operations. I’m actively reviewing opportunities in the $500K–$800K EBITDA range, with a focus on businesses that have recurring customer demand and limited owner dependence. Based in the Bay Area and open to opportunities nationwide. Looking forward to connecting with fellow Bay Area searchers, as well as brokers and others active in this space!

Hi ^redacted‌ - nice to meet you, and congratulations on starting your searchfunder journey! We have a lot experience financing various companies via the SBA. If you ever need help reviewing a deal, I am happy to help. We work with all the major SBA lenders. The bank pay us after your loan closes, so this is a 100% free service for you. You can email me directly at redacted or schedule a meeting with me: https://cal.com/francodeguzman/30min. Look forward to chatting!

Don't be too impressed with anecdotal information. Do a deep dive into the credentials of people telling you they can help you. And focus more on the non-financials for business opportunities. Those tips can save you lots of time and aggravation. We can privately zoom if you would like to go deeper.
