New Majority Capital (NMC) is seeking an experienced Deal Analyst to join our growing team. The Deal Analyst will focus on supporting entrepreneurs through the entrepreneurship-through-acquisition (ETA) process. The Deal Analyst will report to one of NMC’s Managing Partners responsible for revenue generation and will work closely with our small (6 team members) and collaborative team of investment professionals.
NMC is in the business of catalyzing generational wealth via small business acquisitions by underrepresented entrepreneurs. Our model is rooted in ETA. NMC is an impact investing fund that provides training and non-extractive capital for underrepresented entrepreneurs to acquire and scale small businesses. Leveraging novel financing structures and through partnerships with financial institutions, we will eliminate "access to capital" as a barrier to business ownership.
