New investor in resi / commercial services

Hi all, I searched for 3 years but had two deals die at the finish line. It wasn't my time so I've pivoted and have gone back into PE. I would love to connect with searchers as a potential investor. I'm focused primarily on resi / commercial services.

I can also be helpful with deal flow making referrals on deals that come across my desk.
