Hey everyone!
The title says it all—I’m a recent MSc. graduate gearing up to launch a self-funded search fund in###-###-#### While I’m fresh out of school, I worked full-time during my program (thank you, pandemic flexibility!) and gained solid industry experience.
I first discovered search funds during an innovation-driven entrepreneurship class in my master’s program, and I was immediately hooked. I’ve always wanted to be an entrepreneur but wasn’t sure how that dream would take shape—until now.
Now that I’m mapping out what my fund might look like, I’m equal parts ridiculously excited and completely terrified. This feels so real, and I’ve been having those “Am I really doing this?” moments. Has anyone else been there? How did you push past the fear and take the leap?
I’d love to hear your stories, advice, or just words of encouragement as I navigate this exciting (and nerve-wracking!) journey.
