New AI Tool for 60 Second Value Estimates

Hey searchers et al. We just launched ValuBot. It's a free, conversational AI that gives small-business owners a quick, data-backed estimate of value (based on 10,000+ recent transactions). While it's certainly not a replacement for a full valuation, it’s already proving useful for getting early alignment with sellers on pricing expectations/ranges. The model has run several thousand sessions since ValuBot opened last week. Great to hear ^redacted‌! We have agreed to not disclose sources, but there are a limited number of places where you can get 10k+ recent private comps... Glad you appreciate the potential use cases - I spoke with someone from SBDC this week, and they could not understand this tool in any way ("no such things as multiples"), with all due respect to the old guard.

Agreed - some sellers, when listing without the help of a broker, create expectations that can break the deal. I'm trying to bridge the delta between market comps and their own expectations, so your tool just might make it into our conversation this next Tuesday.
