Hi All,

I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out to gather insights into the current sourcing landscape you're encountering when speaking with sellers. At our firm, we focus on businesses with a minimum of $2M in EBITDA, and we’ve noticed a few interesting trends.

Firstly, sellers seem more open to rolling over their equity than in the past. Additionally, we’re seeing an increasing number of older sellers coming to market, which is an intriguing development.

I would love to hear about your experiences with deal sourcing. What trends have you observed when dealing with brokers and sellers? Any insights into the types of sellers or the nature of deals you’re encountering would be greatly appreciated.

Looking forward to your thoughts.

Thanks for the tag ^redacted‌. There are no trends. Every deal is different and every seller is different. At the end of the day you are working with individuals who want/need certain things.

No trends noticed. Every one is unique and I am not gathering research data. I do not know what trends you are looking for and how the trends will get a searcher close to closing a transaction. Let me know what exactly are you looking for and what is the purpose
