Stability and Consistency:
Community Engagement:

Diversification of Tenant Types:

Adaptability to Changing Consumer Trends:

Lower Vacancy Risk:

Anyone with experience in this asset class or interested in analyzing investment opportunities?

Reminded me of this episode. Probably others there. If you can create synergy and value between tenants, then good.

We have done quite a bit of financing over the years for neighborhood retail centers. We like them a lot and have found Banks are still open to financing them due to the stability of tenants and the fact they seem to retain value, even when there are fluctuations in retail overall.
