I have been solo searching for the past year. Went under LOI three times. Once I got under the hood and did the QOE the businesses did not scream stable cash-flow beyond the owner operator's relationships and expertise. I am considering giving up and going back to get a job. I have over $750k in committed capital to an acquisition but emotionally I am burned out. But my personal cash burn doing diligence and lawyers has wrecked my liquidity. So I was thinking maybe to pick up some consulting work or like I said get a job to just replenish and recharge... I don't know. What should I do?

I can certainly relate to your situation. It really is a numbers game and I would advise you to keep pushing. I lost count how many deals I pursued before closing my first. There is a workaround option to take some of the burden off you. Feel free to DM me.
