Need Recommendations for Financial and Legal DD for a $3.35M Manufacturing Deal (Tight Deadline)

I’m looking for experts who can perform financial (or a QoE) and legal Due Diligence for a small manufacturing acquisition (~$3.35M). The challenge is that we’re working under a very tight deadline, so I’m hoping to find someone who can move quickly and is familiar with manufacturing deals (likely a stock purchase). Does anyone here offer these services or have recommendations? Also, what is a typical fee range for a deal of this size?
