Hi everyone, I recently stepped back from the day-to-day operations of a Medical Alert company I co-founded and ran. I grew it into a multi-million-dollar business, managed multiple 7-figure client relationships, and led the acquisition + integration of a large competitor. My strength is turning complicated, owner-dependent operations into clear systems that make a business easier to run and scale. I’ve built and improved processes in many areas such as CRM setup/design/mgmt, collections, customer onboarding, compliance, inventory, contracts, call analysis/quality, reporting, and automating hundreds of hours of repetitive work. Earlier in my career, I worked at PwC Consulting, and a financial unit at the DoJ. I’m interested in connecting with searchers, recent acquirers, and investors whose businesses could use an Operator. Depending on the situation, I’d be open to a long-term Operating Partner role, Fractional COO/Operator work, or ad-hoc projects. For anyone who would rather start small and test the waters, I’m also open to tackling a clearly defined problem that may only require a few hours.
