I am looking for legal counsel preferably with experience in the home care industry. I would appreciate someone could share a referral. LOI has been signed, and the bank is starting its due diligence.

Add- The business is located in AZ. Has Medicaid and other licenses. Has AZ ARPA payments that the business will continue to receive till###-###-#### So, preferably someone who has dealt with such scenarios as it will have to be a stock purchase to keep all the current state benefits and licenses intact.
