Need Lawyer to assist with SBA Deal

I’m working with a seller who needs an attorney to review the buyer’s purchase agreement and other transaction documents for an asset sale. The business and seller are based in Connecticut, while the buyer is located in Colorado and plans to relocate the business there. Buyer is using the SBA with no seller financing involved.
