Need Independent sponsor focused exclusively on healthcare!

I have a transaction in play that I need to add some experience to my bench specifically in healthcare whether it be in the form of another independent sponsor that wants to partner with me or a capital partner that can be value added.  It is a SaaS business targeting the healthcare industry.

I understand you may be targeting independent sponsors specifically, but if you would consider working with a traditional PEG with a fund, I would reach out to Ryan Kelly at Shore Capital Partners in Chicago. They have a longstanding focus on healthcare and target lower middle market transactions.
