Need help with finding an institution that accepts sellers note as equity

Hi , 

I am having a challenging time in Australia finding a bank that accepts the sellers note as the equity portion for a cash flow lending loan.

Am i able to find banks abroad to fund this deal? Is that possible? Do you have any recommendations?

Do i get my lawyer to structure the sellers note like this? And make sure there are no negative covenants borrowing against the sellers note?

Ok, i will try this. Yes the banks all say that "it is seen as a liability".
