Hi everyone,

I'm building a machine learning application to automate private company valuations, considering factors like financials, growth rate, growth potential, operational efficiency, margin of safety, cash flow, market dominance, customer satisfaction, etc.

I'm searching for an open data set of company transactions (API or website) to train the predictive model.
Any leads or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Best,
Ahmed

Start with public company transactions to train predictive model and chase private company transactions in parallel to be ready following proof of concept. Unlikely you'll get some of the fields you desire but it's out there (i.e. pitchbook, grata, axial, etc.). Unique datasets can always be purchased from larger vendors (CapIQ, Refinitiv)
