Need for a small revolving line

One of our portfolio companies is in need of a small revolving line ($100k - $300k). The portfolio company is a long time contractor to a state government and consistently receives payment. Almost 100% of receivables are collected within 2 weeks and the payer is a high quality government department.

Is anyone familiar with the available solutions for situations like this? Factoring, lenders that will do small RCLs on receivables?
