Need CEO for Florida Acquisition

We have a company we are acquiring in Florida and need to find a great CEO.

That's an excellent point, while still being vague enough to not violate our NDA. We actually have 2 companies now in the area. Both companies are in consumer home services. There is a large amount of recurring revenue, very fragmented industries and some good opportunities to acquire similar companies in FL to scale up the size of the operation we believe. We like "old school/non-sexy" industries (that is not for everyone I believe), that we think have a lot of opportunity for business improvements (both in sales/marketing and operationally). Hopefully, that adds some "color" to the opportunity.
