Need a construction recovery lawyer recommendation.

Looking for a lawyer recommendation for construction funds not being paid for a completed job. It is construction related. General contractor claims due to rising interest rates, they have to close shop and refuses to pay.

Lien laws and collections can vary state by state. But in most cases there will be a limited timeframe during which you can lien the property so, like Andrew said, you'll want to start that process immediately. Feel free to message me with more details.
