Need $750k in funding to acquire an E-Commerce snacks brand at 4x SDE.

Company sells keto friendly snacks on Amazon with additional products planned to be launched soon. This is a three-year old company and many banks are not willing to loan money because it has not been in business for long enough. We have a LOI signed with this company.

Here is the summary of the deal:

Price: $750k Revenue TTM: $833k SDE TTM: $187.5k Price based on 4x of SDE TTM.

Does anyone know of a lender that might be open do doing a deal like this one?
