Searchfunder community - I have been hearing a lot of folks on Aquiring Minds & others talk about near shore (Latin America) back-office functions & business development. Have you 1. tried business development work near shore? 2. What was the experience? 3. Any recommendation on solid companies? Context: I am thinking of using this for my growth activities: - When I think Business Development - I envision an outbound individual making phone calls & emails. Quality not just volume for B2B businesses to protect the BRAND reputation. They are appointment setters for the sales team. Responsibilities would look like - Reaching out to former customers who haven't purchased in a certain time period. - Identifying New Prospects and putting them into a funnel

Had a positive experience with Sourcefit to identify business development reps (work was mostly focused on outbound lead outreach and management). They can source talent from Dominican Republic though we chose to go with someone based in South Africa
