Searchfunder community - I have been hearing a lot of folks on Aquiring Minds & others talk about near shore (Latin America) back-office functions & business development.
Have you 1. tried business development work near shore? 2. What was the experience? 3. Any recommendation on solid companies?
Context: I am thinking of using this for my growth activities:
- When I think Business Development - I envision an outbound individual making phone calls & emails. Quality not just volume for B2B businesses to protect the BRAND reputation. They are appointment setters for the sales team.
Responsibilities would look like
- Reaching out to former customers who haven't purchased in a certain time period.
- Identifying New Prospects and putting them into a funnel
