Sharing because of the posts/comments I’m seeing on SF. Pay particular attention to what I reveal re NDAs. Keeping in mind NDAs are usually the 1st step searchers take with brokers/sellers when searchers want to see confidential info. And keep in mind the confidentially of YOUR info. Hint: Mutuality or walk away.

So, since the video addresses fairness, I'm curious to know your opinion of one-sided NDAs that only protect brokers and sellers, leaving potential buyers naked when it comes to their sensitive and confidential information? ➡️ I tell buyers to use mutual NDAs, which their legal counsel reviews or prepares. (Is this fair?)
