Hi,
Does anyone have an NDA template you could share? I have not formally begun the search but would like to formalize conversations with a potential seller I have been discussing with, Very much appreciated.

There is an NDA template in the Stanford Primer, Exhibit 8. Does that fit your need? You could have a different NDA depending on whether you are the discloser, recipient, or both.
