NDA from Seller to Buyer

I have an issue where a buyer wants a seller to sign an NDA to protect disclosure of the buyer's name to any seller customers or vendors. He works in the same industry and wants to make sure his job and reputation are protected. Does anyone in the community have a template I can forward to him? We don't have any standard docs for that circumstance. TIA!
