For over six years, Tim has helped more than 50 leadership teams implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®), giving them the tools and structure to gain clarity, accountability, and traction in their businesses. Before becoming an Implementer, Tim spent 35 years in the restaurant industry, most of that time as a General Manager, where he specialized in turning around underperforming teams and driving lasting results. That experience, combined with his EOS® work, gives him a unique ability to connect real-world leadership lessons with proven tools that work in any business. Tim is passionate about helping leaders cut through the noise, face the truth, and build healthier, stronger organizations. Known for his warmth, candor, and straightforward approach, he combines business expertise with life lessons drawn from decades of leadership. Whether in the session room or over lunch, Tim’s goal is always the same: to help people do their best work, lead with clarity, and get what they want from their business.
