What would be the multiple and is it on EBITDA or SDE for a business coaching company?

Any past deals you are aware of in the same or similar industries?

Looking at building comparable and knowledge.

Main consideration here would be owner brand/dependency; these business types generally are heavy reliant on owner and constrain any multiple.
