Like someone to personally guarantee the loan or someone who has high net worth and liquidity and signs on the loan docs but does not personally guarantee?

High networth individual who can provide proof of funds, then we negotiate with buyer, raise capital through Reg D or Reg A and then close the transaction. The individual will receive acquisition fee at closing, equity and also monthly fee. The guarantee reduces the interest rate as well. It’s not personal guarantee but signs loan docs
