Multi-company/location operators

Hi all, I'm interested in connecting with folks who have successfully (or unsuccessfully) made the transition from operating one company/location to multiple entities. Particularly hoping to learn how you managed the transition from being on the ground at the first location every day to trusting others to manage it without direct/daily oversight.
