MSP Recurring revenue model valuation (UK)

Hi there, new member here but been a active ETA for a while.

I have an opportunity in the UK with a 2 MSPs that offer a recurring revenue model for around 50% of their sales and looking for a financial model spreadsheet that could be used for such deal structures to ensure fair value.
